NEW EARTH is a grounded, heart-centered community where hearts meet, creativity flows, and peace blossoms. While our search currently spans three regions, Southern Arizona, Southwestern New Mexico, and North Carolina, we are not choosing a state so much as listening to the land itself. 

Our decisions are guided by what will endure long-term stewardship, community-centered design, and places built to last, not simply to function. We’re choosing land that can carry the vision rather than resist it. That’s not romantic, it’s practical wisdom. North Carolina is emerging with strong signs of alignment: stable soils, reliable water, and landscapes that naturally support enduring community life.  Southern Arizona and New Mexico continue to offer their own quiet gifts, wide-open skies, warmth, and milder winters, even as its soils call for greater care and creativity in long-term building.

Phase One will unfold where the land feels most supportive, with an integrated focus on:

• Homes, work, healing, and the arts 
• Land and wildlife protection 
• Water stewardship and resilient infrastructure 
• Rural access, safety, and thoughtful planning 
• Local businesses, artisans, and job creation 
• Respect for local voices and inter-generational community
   

We are currently in a listening and research phase, learning from the land, engaging with local knowledge, and refining what it truly means to build something that will age well for decades. No timelines are being rushed. No locations are being forced. When the place is clear, the next steps will follow, naturally and responsibly.

NEW EARTH belongs to the people who gather here and to every visitor seeking calm, inspiration, and a welcoming place to simply be. There are no politics, no divisions, only people working together with clarity and purpose.
