is a grounded, heart-centered community where hearts meet, creativity flows, and peace blossoms. 

Our search spans three regions:

◇ Southwestern New Mexico
◇ Western North Carolina

We’re not favoring any state, we’re listening to the land. Western North Carolina currently appears the most promising, but the final choice will reveal itself as we continue studying soil, water, and long-term stability.

Phase 1 will blossom where the land feels right, with a focus on:
• Homes, work, and healing
• Protected land and wildlife
• Water stewardship
• Rural road and fire access planning
• Local business and artisan support
• Job creation for all ages
• Respect for local voices
• Music, arts, and wellness programs

There are no politics, no divisions — only people working together with clarity and purpose. Everyone who contributes is paid fairly, and lodging, meals, transportation, and events will remain free or low-cost so all can participate.
