Before we slow down for a while, take a deep breath.
Welcome what’s coming.

NEW EARTH is more than theaters, healing and arts centers, housing, cabins, or campgrounds. It is a place for everyday life to gather, learn, rest, and connect.

There will be simple, shared spaces such as outdoor cafés, community gatherings, artisan and farmer markets, creative workshops, youth activities, nature-based learning, and care for animals and the land. Some things are playful, some practical, all rooted in community. Most activities will be free or offered at very low cost, for all ages.

Supporting local small businesses and organizations is essential. Collaboration matters. We believe in empowering one another and building communities based on unity, respect, and shared purpose.

NEW EARTH is simply showing a way, letting go of the old, and making space for the new.

A new way of life is coming.

NEW EARTH is about healing, connection, and also home. We are creating affordable housing—homes, cabins, campgrounds, and small motels, so locals and travelers alike can stay, rest, and belong.

Guests are welcomed as family. Rentals will be offered at very low monthly cost, utilities included. Children are always welcome. Dogs are welcome on leash.

All workshops, classes, camps, and healing sessions will be free or low cost (tba).

NEW EARTH is not just about music festivals, creative events, and art workshops. It is a living, breathing space devoted to healing the whole human being — mind, body, and spirit — across all stages of life. We believe healing is both ancient and evolving. It can be gentle or profound, quiet or expressive, deeply personal and beautifully communal.

A New Way to Experience Music & the Arts

Where music, art, and community meet in every season. 

At NEW EARTH, we are reimagining what a music and arts festival can be. Imagine a beautiful, enclosed theater nestled in nature, designed to welcome all generations, all year long. A space where sound is clear and immersive, the surroundings are calming and inspiring, and every detail invites presence rather than overwhelm.

Our covered 1,500-seat theater will host One World Live Music Festivals, not as one-off events, but as living gatherings that unfold over days or even weeks. Performances will be diverse, uplifting, and thoughtfully curated, featuring local, national, and international artists.

This is a festival experience where:

• Everyone is welcome, free and open to all ages 
• Artists are respected and fairly compensated 
• Performances are graceful, meaningful, and soul-nourishing 
• The environment supports listening, connection, and joy 
• Nature, architecture, and art work in harmony

As we step into 2026, we aren't just starting a new year; we are crossing a threshold.  

NEW EARTH Healing, Music & Arts Village is more than a project, it is a gift to all and a profound reconstruction of how we live, create, and connect. 

NEW EARTH is entering a cycle defined by grounding, focus, and preparation. We are transitioning from the world of ideas into the long-term work of building a physical sanctuary for the human spirit. 

Music as the Universal Language

Our 1,500-seat theater will be a global home for artistic passion. From world-renowned  masters to new voices just beginning their journey, we are bringing together musicians to share sounds that transcend borders.

Music here  is a conduit for the soul, lifting our collective vibration. Crucially, NEW EARTH values the creator: every artist sharing their gift here will be fairly compensated. Creativity must be nurtured and sustained.

Pure Creativity, No Competition

We are leaving behind the old-world obsession with status. At NEW EARTH, art comes strictly from the heart. NEW EARTH is entering a new cycle defined by:

• Intense Workshops – Spaces to lose yourself in the process of creation.
• Healing Arts – Where expression becomes a path to wellness.
• A Gift to All Ages – A sanctuary where a 5-year-old and a 95-year-old create side-by-side.

All offerings at NEW EARTH are provided at no cost to our community, ensuring that the spirit of creation remains a gift for everyone.

To  build a strong foundation, the right earth must be chosen. We are proud to announce that the birth of NEW EARTH will be focused exclusively on  the resilient landscape of North Carolina. We are no longer dreaming of "somewhere", we are planting our roots.

Many feel we have entered "The Season of Suddenly", a time where years of quiet preparation and soul-work align to manifest in the physical world with rapid clarity. 

What’s coming will change lives. 

We are moving forward with clarity. 

We are holding the reins. 

This is a turning point.

The Year of the Fire Horse officially begins on February 17, 2026. Returning only once every 60 years, this is the most dynamic sign of the Chinese Zodiac. While the Horse represents speed and freedom, the Fire element adds a spark of total transformation. It is an energy that cannot be contained; it burns away the old to make room for the new.

NEW EARTH is entering a year defined by:

• Fierce independence – Trusting our own inner compass.
• Courageous action – Moving where others fear to tread.
• Breaking old structures – Clearing the ground for a new foundation.
• Unstoppable momentum – A force that builds, rather than pauses.
