More than a theater, a space for music, arts, and community that thrives all year long.

We are not creating another venue like so many that already exist. We are shaping a place people recognize as theirs, a place to enjoy music and arts, to learn from them, and to stay awhile, offered freely, with simple reservations in place so the experience remains welcoming, safe, and meaningful for everyone.

Our architectural vision is grounded in longevity, comfort, and care. Buildings are designed to feel calm, stable, and welcoming in every season, providing year‑round spaces with thoughtful acoustics, seating, and generous indoor areas that invite listening, reflection, and connection, all while remaining deeply connected to the surrounding land.

We are not interested in trend-driven or novelty architecture. We are interested in spaces that quietly work, year after year, and become part of people’s lives, supporting surrounding communities through creativity, and shared experience beyond a single event. Well-designed theaters don’t announce their resilience, they feel safe, dry, and timeless. When architecture is done well, it fades into the background creating belonging, inspiration, and peace, season after season.

A Mountain Theater for Everyone

We envision a long-lasting mountain theater, a shared gift for people of all ages. Designed to welcome up to 1,500 people, it will be a place for music, performance, talks, conferences, and collective experience, all year round. It is not conceived as a monument or an icon, but as something quieter and more enduring, grounded in the land, welcoming to people, and built to serve generations. Built with and by everyone, it offers free access to support music, arts, and culture at their purest essence. This is a place to gather, create, and be inspired, together.

Land Intention

We are choosing land for NEW EARTH that supports life, healing, music, art, creativity, and community, not just in vision, but in daily reality. We are not looking for perfection. We are looking compatibility.  This land is:

- environmentally sound and stable

- elevated and safe from floods from rivers, creeks, or lowlands

- has soil suitable for long-lasting construction (loam, well-draining, and supportive of buildings)

- free from industrial pressure, mining activity, and hidden risks

- grounded, breathable, and supportive of long-term presence

- people to gather without stress or disturbance

- animals to live peacefully and safely

- art, sound, and silence to coexist

- growth without constant resistance

- feel welcoming rather than demanding

- require stewardship, not constant defense

- support both community and rest

We release the belief that we must search everywhere or solve everything now. We commit to Western North Carolina, within approximately 1 to 1½ hours of Asheville, knowing that narrowing our field strengthens discernment rather than limiting possibility. The land will appear when readiness is mutual.

Still Moving Forward

Sometimes all that’s needed is a sense of adventure, and a little fun. Water moving across the path, mountains resting in the distance, the quiet presence of the land, nature reminds us that there is wisdom in slowing down. A moment to enjoy what surrounds us now, while trusting that what’s ahead will unfold in new and greener landscapes, in its own perfect rhythm.

Everything arrives when we are ready to receive it, and it’s going beautifully.  As we let go of control and attachment, we return to freedom, to love, to oneness, and to the quiet truth that all is unfolding as it should.

A Time to Simply Be

No matter where we are or what the weather brings,  snow, sun, or rain, nature is always offering a moment of calm. A quiet road, a mountain holding snow, a simple breath. Today is an invitation to slow down, to notice what surrounds us, and to move with time and nature rather than against it. In doing so, we remember who we are, connected, present, and quietly powerful. Sometimes, the most meaningful act is simply to pause and be.

New Hearts, new perspectives, and the timeless art of harmony

When Heart and Earth move together, life flows naturally. Earth reflects Heart. Between them is H, the bridge, with love at its center. This is harmony. This is oneness. And within Earth and Heart, we find Art, the essence of creation itself. Through art, through presence, through care, we shape a New Earth with New Hearts.

During the last two days, harmony appeared in an unexpected way, sun and moon together, while winter reminded us of its strength elsewhere. These contrasts deepen our listening. Studying land and climate is not delay, but preparation, allowing NEW EARTH to bloom with greater ease and integrity. Nothing stops us. We’re listening. Belief creates.

Listening More Closely to the Land

NEW EARTH is entering a new phase of listening. As the vision continues to take shape, we are taking time to understand what the land itself is asking of us. Creating a village meant to last, one rooted in healing, music, and the arts, requires patience, humility, and care.

At this stage, soil stability, water behavior, and long-term building integrity matter most:

– climate, so people of all ages can feel comfortable and return throughout the year
– water, because modern flood patterns are no longer predictable
– soil, so what is built can endure for generations

Discernment is sharpening, not narrowing. Mountains with trees are places to walk, breathe, and be restored, not places to anchor long-lasting infrastructure. Historically farmed land is often near water, by design. The right land will feel like recognition, not compromise. This is no longer about romance, but about seeing the land clearly, as it is. NEW EARTH is widening its search to include regions where the land is more forgiving, access is easier, and communities may be equally, or even more, ready to receive a project rooted in healing, music, and the arts. This kind of discernment is not uncertainty; it is responsibility. Nothing is decided until it is ready to be lived. This is a careful unfolding, guided by respect for people, place, and purpose.

A new world begins, comfort, creativity, and lasting connection

NEW EARTH is stepping into a NEW ERA, creating a village unlike anything we’ve known before. A place for healing, music, and the arts, designed to last, inspire, and uplift for generations, a gift to all, not a commercial venture.

As planning continues, we’re listening closely to the land itself. For a large, enduring enclosed theater and a village focused on community and wellness, not all land is suitable. Floodplains, riverside lowlands, and steep slopes, though beautiful, cannot support structures that are meant to endure. Two things matter most: the climate for people to feel comfortable year-round, and the soil for buildings to stand strong for generations.

Several Western North Carolina counties are emerging as strong alignments, quiet places where the land is forgiving and a humanitarian project can be welcomed and protected over time.

NEW EARTH chooses land not just for soil, but for life. It isn’t seasonal. It isn’t a destination. It’s a home to return to, again and again.

Within Caldwell, Madison, Rutherford, and Burke, the strongest alignment comes from parcels that offer gentle hills or plateaus, west-facing light, reliable road access, and elevation safely above rivers, creeks, and lowlands. When these conditions are present, these counties rise to the top for year-round comfort, long-term building, and community life.

What Lives at the Core
- A large enclosed theater, the cultural and spiritual heart
- Healing arts and wellness spaces
- Community gathering places
- Modest housing for caretakers, artists, and staff
- Nature-integrated paths and quiet zones
- Cafés and shared kitchens, held in a non-commercial spirit
- Infrastructure built to endure, not just expand

There’s momentum in the air.

The NEW EARTH project is being shaped one moment at a time, through inspiration, trust, and a shared sense that something meaningful is coming together. We don’t rush the process, we trust it. What’s next is unfolding exactly when it’s meant to.

The future has a way of arriving sooner than expected.

At NEW EARTH, we stay curious, grounded, and open, not chasing what’s new, but noticing what becomes possible when passion, care, and innovation meet. A place for everyone guided by values, where new ways of building and supporting one another can emerge thoughtfully, in service of community. We’re paying attention. At the heart of it all, our focus remains simple: supporting people’s growth and happiness through health, music, and the arts.

Before movement, there is alignment. Before clarity, a subtle shift. Something is taking shape, we stay open.

A New Way to Experience Music & the Arts

We are re-imagining what a music and arts festival can be. Imagine a beautiful, enclosed theater nestled in nature, designed to welcome all generations, all year long. A space where sound is clear and immersive, the surroundings are calming and inspiring, and every detail invites presence rather than overwhelm.

Our covered 1,500-seat theater will host One World Live Music Festivals, not as one-off events, but as living gatherings that unfold over days or even weeks. Performances will be diverse, uplifting, and thoughtfully curated, featuring local, national, and international artists.

This is a festival experience where:

- Everyone is welcome, free and open to all ages

- Artists are respected and fairly compensated

- Performances are graceful, meaningful, and soul-nourishing

- The environment supports listening, connection, and joy

- Nature, architecture, and art work in harmony

This is not entertainment as distraction. It’s art as connection. And it’s only the beginning.

A Turning Point: The Architecture of the Heart

NEW EARTH Healing, Music & Arts Village is more than a project, it is a gift to all and a profound reconstruction of how we live, create, and connect. NEW EARTH is entering a cycle defined by grounding, focus, and preparation. We are transitioning from the world of ideas into the long-term work of building a physical sanctuary for the human spirit.

Music as the Universal Language

Our 1,500-seat theater will be a global home for artistic passion. From world-renowned  masters to new voices just beginning their journey, we are bringing together musicians to share sounds that transcend borders. Music here  is a conduit for the soul, lifting our collective vibration. Crucially, NEW EARTH values the creator: every artist sharing their gift here will be fairly compensated. Creativity must be nurtured and sustained.

Pure Creativity, No Competition

We are leaving behind the old-world obsession with status. At NEW EARTH, art comes strictly from the heart.

NEW EARTH is entering a new cycle defined by:

- Intense Workshops – Spaces to lose yourself in the process of creation

- Healing Arts – Where expression becomes a path to wellness

- A Gift to All Ages – A sanctuary where a 5-year-old and a 95-year-old create side-by-side

A Vision Already Born

Souls do not lie; they recognize the truth of a new world when they see it. NEW EARTH already exists in the spirit, the physical construction is  simply catching up, soon we hope.
