NEW EARTH One World Live Music Theater

Something gentle is taking shape in the mountains of Western North Carolina. Not just a music venue… but a place to feel at home.

NEW EARTH is being envisioned as a humanitarian, non‑commercial live music theater created around something simple and rare, the experience of belonging. Even the arrival is part of the vision: no overwhelming parking fields, no commercial noise, no rush.

Everything is being imagined differently. The atmosphere. The way people move through nature. The way the space invites you to slow down, breathe, and just be. The intention is simple: People should feel held by the space, not managed by it.

Held by the calm of the Western North Carolina mountains, NEW EARTH is a place for all ages to gather, to experience music, nature, peace, and genuine human connection.

Together, we co-create a better world. A gentle transition into something meaningful. A place to relax, reconnect, and feel fully present. Something rare. Something deeply human. Something made for joy. More to come as the vision continues to unfold.

Walking the Talk

Change is already underway. This is not a profit‑driven path, it is a purpose‑driven one.

Beyond creating a village for healing arts and music, NEW EARTH is here to uplift communities and support meaningful initiatives and small businesses already making a difference.

We are intentional about who we walk with. This vision calls forward people who embody what they stand for, with consistency, responsibility, and heart.

We welcome the challenges that come with building something real and beautiful. We are not here to rush. We are here to build it right, on a strong and honest foundation.

NEW EARTH is steady. It is grounded. And even if nothing has risen yet, the work is already underway, in our plans, in our hearts, and in the people gathering around this vision.

A Home for Holistic Renewal
Nestled among the mountains, the future NEW EARTH Healing Arts Center will be a haven for all ages, a place where the rhythm of nature meets the quiet of the human spirit. This round, light-filled building will offer holistic healing treatments, meditation circles, sound therapy, and gentle movement practices that help people reconnect with themselves in silence and peace.

A Space for Everyone

The Healing Arts Center is envisioned as a welcoming space for every stage of life, from babies and children to elders who carry the wisdom of years. It will host nurturing programs that honor the full circle of human experience: prenatal and family wellness, creative expression, restorative therapies, and community gatherings that celebrate the arts and the heart.

Holistic Retreats

In time, the Center will also host holistic retreats designed to support deep rest, personal renewal, and meaningful connection. These retreats will weave together healing arts, nature immersion, gentle practices, and quiet reflection, offering guests a chance to slow down, breathe, and return to themselves while surrounded by mountains.

The Vision Ahead

As NEW EARTH continues to grow, the Healing Arts Center will become a cornerstone of its mission, to make holistic care accessible, to nurture the arts, and to create spaces where people can simply be. Guided by compassion and open to all, it will stand as a living symbol of renewal and belonging.

And if serenity turns out to be irresistible, no worries, NEW EARTH is always ready to stretch, grow, and make room for everyone.

One Theater. One Community Center. One Vision.

As NEW EARTH plans continue to evolve, we’re excited to share that, alongside the main 1,500‑seat theater, a second gathering space, the NEW EARTH Community Center, will offer a more intimate theater setting for up to 350 guests. Together, these two spaces open the door to something meaningful. From grand performances in the main theater to quiet, heartfelt moments in the Community Center, NEW EARTH will host a wide range of experiences, all offered in a space free from cost barriers.

A Home for the Arts. A Home for the Community.

Two distinct spaces, set within the beauty of Western North Carolina. Different in size, but united in purpose. Created for community, creativity, and connection.

The NEW EARTH Community Center

A warm, welcoming space with its own smaller theater, designed for up to 350 people, dedicated to connection, expression, and shared experience.

Why Music in Western North Carolina Still Matters, and Why It Matters to NEW EARTH

Western North Carolina has always been a place where music does more than entertain, it heals. Modern research now confirms what mountain families have known for generations: music releases dopamine and serotonin, lowers stress hormones, and helps people reconnect with themselves and each other.

So what draws musicians to Asheville and the surrounding mountains?  Part of it is the audience culture. Asheville is known as a “busker’s oasis”,  a rare place where street musicians are welcomed, supported, and listened to with genuine appreciation. People show up for live music here. It’s part of the rhythm of daily life.

But the deeper reason is the region’s musical ancestry. WNC’s sound grew from English, Scots‑Irish, German, African American, and Native American traditions. The fiddle, banjo, and Appalachian dulcimer shaped a style that eventually became old‑time and bluegrass. Madison County still carries one of the longest unbroken ballad‑singing traditions in America, a living thread of memory. This heritage isn’t fading. It’s being celebrated, protected, and passed forward.

Where NEW EARTH Fits In

NEW EARTH’s foundation has always been rooted in supporting musicians, communities, and the natural world, the very sources of healing, belonging, and strength that define Western North Carolina. We hope to help carry forward the mountain traditions that have shaped this region for generations, and to celebrate its people through music, creativity, and the arts in all their forms. This is why WNC is the perfect home for a humanitarian village grounded in healing, creativity, and shared purpose. The mountains already speak this language.

NEW EARTH is simply joining the conversation.

Following Our Purpose

NEW EARTH is a privately funded humanitarian project created to serve the community. Some services, workshops, and events will be offered at very low cost, and sometimes free,  so that everyone can participate. This reflects our inclusive vision, not a competitive business model.

NEW EARTH is here to support everyone, not itself.

Our role is different. This project is rooted in a new way of co‑creating, a collaborative model designed to last, one that many people feel ready for. It brings people together, shares resources, and strengthens the local economy so everyone can thrive. As NEW EARTH grows, it will also create meaningful employment. All professionals involved, musicians, healers, teachers, artists, and support teams, will be compensated more than fairly for their contribution.

Our intention is simple

To uplift the community, support local businesses, and help Western North Carolina shine through healing, music, arts, and a deep respect for the land we all love. And we trust that the community will enjoy being part of this journey, each in their own way, at their own pace.

A place for everyone, in whatever way feels right to them.

All Rhythms Are Respected

NEW EARTH isn’t here to fix or direct anyone’s path. It’s a place where people can grow naturally, in their own rhythm, and feel inspired to follow what truly matters to them.

This isn’t a program. It’s a music and arts village coming to life, built on respect, joy, responsibility, and shared laughter. A place where creativity is an offering, not a pressure. Where independence and community lift each other up, and where every gift, musical, practical, or spiritual, is welcomed and valued.

What we create here rises from shared joy, creative spirit, and mutual respect. Participation is free and voluntary, but professional work is respected and compensated.

NEW EARTH exists to serve. To shape spaces where people feel welcomed, supported, and inspired, and we’re just getting started.

Something real is coming.

Walk with us as it takes shape.

NEW EARTH is still in its early stages as we move through approvals and private funding, and we invite you to continue walking with us as the vision unfolds.

In the near future, if all aligns as hoped, we will be seeking a large piece of land, ideally 80 to 250 acres or more (the more acreage available, the better), possibly in two nearby parcels, where the NEW EARTH village can take root and allow for thoughtful future expansion. We envision 40-60 acres of open, usable land for the core structures, with gentle slopes, easy access, and set away from nearby rivers, surrounded by forests, trails, and quiet spaces for creativity, healing, and community.

We remain committed to the creation of our enclosed 1,500‑seat theater, a central part of the NEW EARTH vision and a gift to the land and to all who gather here. Commercial zoning would help streamline the process, even though all services and events will be offered freely as part of our commitment to the local community.

We envision NEW EARTH growing in harmony with the landscapes of Leicester, Fairview, Candler, or Weaverville in Buncombe County, Western North Carolina, a place designed to endure, rooted in beauty, belonging, and shared purpose.

Western North Carolina, Where NEW EARTH Healing, Music & Arts Village Belongs.

WNC has become a natural gathering place for people who care about creativity, healing, nature, and community, the very values at the heart of NEW EARTH. The Asheville region attracts healers, musicians, artists, permaculturists, alternative educators, and conscious, farmers, heart‑centered entrepreneurs. People who are grounded, authentic, and true to themselves.

Ancient Mountains, Steady Ground

The Blue Ridge Mountains, among the oldest on Earth, give this region a sense of stability and quiet strength. Their age and presence create a grounded environment that aligns beautifully with a project built on healing, music, arts, and renewal.

Strong Land, Strong People

Just as remarkable as the mountains are the communities who live among them. Western North Carolina is known for its resilience, resourcefulness, and deep sense of connection. This combination of strong land and strong people is exactly the foundation NEW EARTH needs, a place where a long‑lasting, community‑centered village can grow in harmony with the mountains, valleys, and the people who call this region home.

A Natural Alignment

Together, the ancient landscape and the creative, healing‑minded spirit of the region make it clear why NEW EARTH feels at home here.  This is where the first village will take root. Together, Buncombe County, Asheville, Leicester, Fairview and NEW EARTH can become a template for how communities of the future are built, grounded, creative, resilient, and connected to the land.

Looking Ahead

We are ready, and we cannot wait to see NEW EARTH’s village, healing center, artisan workshops, and its large enclosed theater rise here in Western North Carolina. A place created for creativity, connection, and renewal. A gift for all ages, and for generations to come.

What We Do

A Mountain Theater for Everyone

We envision a long‑lasting mountain theater,  a shared gift for people of all ages. Designed to welcome up to 1,500 people, it will host music, performances, talks, conferences, and collective experiences all year long. Not a monument, not an icon, but something quieter, more enduring, grounded in the land and built to serve generations.

Created with and by the community, it will offer free access and support music, arts, and culture in their purest form. A place to gather, create, and be inspired, together.

Mountain listings often promise prestige, exclusivity, and “executive retreats.” NEW EARTH is the opposite. It’s about function, accessibility, longevity, and people. We’re not building something impressive, we’re building something livable.

For this humanitarian community project, we’re seeking land with high ground, natural drainage, multiple build sites, room to grow, and reliable year‑round access. The search continues, and WNC is holding the vision with us.

NEW EARTH is not creating another venue like so many that already exist.

We are shaping a place people recognize as theirs, a place to enjoy music and arts, to learn from them, and to stay awhile, offered freely, with simple reservations in place so the experience remains welcoming, safe, and meaningful for everyone.

Rather than following trends, we are guided by a deeper intention: to create spaces that quietly support and inspire, year after year, safe, resilient, and enduring. Rooted in comfort, care, and longevity, each space is designed to feel calm and welcoming in every season, with generous indoor areas, thoughtful acoustics, and seating that invite listening, reflection, and connection, all in harmony with the surrounding land.

The Unexpected Birth of a Village  — There’s a story from the late 1700s that reveals how a small hamlet became a thriving village, a transformation sparked by a few families who believed in the possibility of community.

Along the Delaware River, a modest mill settlement slowly grew into what is now Frenchtown, New Jersey. It wasn’t shaped by institutions or large organizations. It emerged because people, including a Swiss immigrant named Paul Henri Mallet‑Prevost, chose to contribute their skills, their hope, and their willingness to build something meaningful together.

He wasn’t French, though he spoke it. He wasn’t following a blueprint. He simply saw potential where others saw a ferry crossing and a handful of buildings. And because others joined him, a village took shape that still stands today. That little town of Frenchtown has continued to thrive since its earliest days, a reminder that beginnings can be humble, yet still open the way for something beautiful to emerge.

NEW EARTH carries that same truth forward. It is not the work of one person, but a collaborative offering, a gift for all ages, and a place meant to serve generations to come. When we believe in what we’re building and choose to act together, villages take shape. They are not built by chance, they are built by those who trust that the best is still ahead.

Beginnings can be humble, yet still give rise to something beautiful, when we stay true to the mission.

We Are Co‑Creating a New World Together.

Sometimes we think we choose the land. But often, the mission chooses where it belongs.

NEW EARTH has always been about people gathering.

About participation, not spectatorship.

About music woven into daily culture.

About the arts being welcomed and supported.

About serving real local needs.

About protecting and honoring the environment that sustains us.

About discovering who we are when we create together.

About learning, evolving, and becoming better people through shared experience.

About noticing our own growth, quietly, naturally, day by day.

It is about a village of healing and cultural spaces, not simply a collection of buildings.

It is about people breathing life into those spaces.

It is about resonance.

About community showing up.

About shared stewardship.

About being of service to one another.

About love, passion, and joy made visible.

Together we create a better world.

Western North Carolina already carries this heartbeat.

There is music in its mountains, art in its towns, and community woven into daily life.

Arizona remains part of the journey. But right now, the mission is calling us to focus where it can root most naturally and serve most fully.

The River Continues To Flow

Along the banks of the river, an ancient tree has completed its long-standing chapter. For hundreds of years it stood tall in the desert landscape, witnessing seasons, storms, migrations, and change.

Its branches once reached wide toward the sky. Now it rests. It no longer reaches upward , yet it is far from finished. Space opens where there was density. Its strength returns quietly to the earth, nourishing what is to come.

Around us, long-standing systems and structures are loosening. Certain ways of being are reaching their natural conclusion. Not as catastrophe, but as clearing. Space is being made. NEW EARTH is not here to recreate what is passing. It is here to participate in what is emerging. To co-create communities rooted in joy and peace.

Just as the ancient tree nourishes the soil for new growth, this moment in time carries the seeds of something wiser and more unified. The river continues to flow. The light continues to rise. And something new is already taking root.

From Fire to Light

There is a kind of fire that destroys, and there is a kind of fire that awakens.

The fire we are choosing is not anger or destruction, it's action, passion, and inspiration. It is the kind of inner spark that refuses to stay small. The kind that transforms frustration into leadership and vision. Like the spirit of a wild horse, independent, strong, and impossible to control, this energy asks us to rise, not in reaction, but in clarity.

The Alchemy of a New Earth

We are living in a time where density can feel heavy. Old systems, old stories, old limitations. But alchemy teaches us something powerful when shadow is met with understanding. When anger is met with unconditional love, and when confusion is met with transparency and integrity.

Unity through shared creation.

NEW EARTH is not about fighting the old. It is about transforming it. About bringing coherence where there was division. Authenticity where there was illusion.

Together, we turn lead into gold.

Holding The Vision

NEW EARTH is not just a project. It is a response, a call to live differently, to create a community that is open, warm, inclusive, and alive, where creativity and connection flourish naturally. We are building something real, not for a distant future, but for the change already rising in the world today.

This village will not exist to impress. It will exist to align. To bring music, art, healing, and meaningful work into one living ecosystem where integrity matters as much as inspiration.  Here, leadership is stewardship, not control. Decisions are made for the well-being of the land, the people, and future generations. Leadership exists to serve the vision, not personal identity. A strong foundation requires consistency. Authenticity is not performance, it is alignment between words, actions, and values.

NEW EARTH invites those ready to collaborate, to step forward as their true selves, and to guide with humility, clarity, and shared purpose. Those who help hold this vision do so with care, humility, and a long-lasting commitment, not a passing role, but a steady presence. A strong foundation allows NEW EARTH to thrive, so music, art, healing, and community can grow and flourish for decades to come.

Creativity Is Not Entertainment, It Is Medicine

NEW EARTH is based on this understanding that Music can calm the nervous system, and bring joy, Art can restore emotional balance, Gathering can strengthen a community, and access to beauty and healing should never be a luxury. When music, art, and nature are woven together, something deeper happens. The body softens. The mind quiets. The heart opens without effort.

What we call “entertainment” becomes something else entirely, a return to ourselves. It's not entertainment, it's natural medicine, a gift to the whole community, where access to music, art, and healing is not limited by income, age, or circumstance, not as an event, but as a way of life.

Frequency and sound shape our humanity, inviting us to feel present, whole, and at ease beyond expectation. From that inner harmony, unity naturally forms, and from unity, a brighter future unfolds.

Only the Universe knows exactly where NEW EARTH will one day fully root itself. But our energy is undeniably moving toward Western North Carolina.

There is something deeply aligned here, in the creative spirit of Asheville, the artistic strength of Buncombe County, the Appalachian musical heritage of Wilkes County, the cultural richness surrounding Brevard in Transylvania County, and the mountain traditions honored in Graham County. Counties where music lives, art breathes, and healing feels at home here. We are not making promises, just following resonance.

And right now, Western North Carolina feels like fertile ground for something meaningful, something uplifting, something community-rooted to grow. If this vision speaks to you, perhaps you are part of its unfolding.

And honestly… when something is meant to root, it will. Wherever that may be. We are allowing the process to evolve.

Ideal Land Profile

As planning continues, we’re listening closely to the land itself. Two things matter most: the climate for people to feel comfortable year-round, and the soil for buildings to stand strong for generations.

- Elevation: 2,200–3,200 feet (for milder winter

- Land orientation: South or southeast exposure
- Slope range: 5–15% for primary build areas; natural plateaus or benches preferred
- Usable acreage: 35–50% reasonably buildable land
- Water & septic: Typical well depths acceptable; suitable soil for septic systems
- Water features: Natural springs or creeks (not flood-prone)
- Road access: State-maintained main road
- Location radius: Within one hour of Asheville Regional Airport

Listening More Closely to the Land

As the vision continues to take shape, we are taking time to understand what the land itself is asking of us. Creating a village meant to last, one rooted in healing, music, and the arts, requires patience, humility, and care.

Discernment is sharpening, not narrowing. Mountains with trees are places to walk, breathe, and be restored, not places to anchor long-lasting infrastructure. Historically farmed land is often near water, by design. The right land will feel like recognition, not compromise. This is no longer about romance, but about seeing the land clearly, as it is.

A New Way to Experience Music & the Arts

We are re-imagining what a music and arts festival can be. Imagine a beautiful, enclosed theater nestled in nature, designed to welcome all generations, all year long. A space where sound is clear and immersive, the surroundings are calming and inspiring, and every detail invites presence rather than overwhelm.

Our covered 1,500-seat theater will host One World Live Music Festivals, not as one-off events, but as living gatherings that unfold over days or even weeks. Performances will be diverse, uplifting, and thoughtfully curated, featuring local, national, and international artists.

This is a festival experience where:

- Everyone is welcome, free and open to all ages

- Artists are respected and fairly compensated

- Performances are graceful, meaningful, and soul-nourishing

- The environment supports listening, connection, and joy

- Nature, architecture, and art work in harmony

This is not entertainment as distraction. It’s art as connection. And it’s only the beginning.

Staying Grounded

At NEW EARTH, we stay curious, grounded, and open, not chasing what’s new, but noticing what becomes possible when passion, care, and innovation meet. A place for everyone guided by values, where new ways of building and supporting one another can emerge thoughtfully, in service of community. We’re paying attention. At the heart of it all, our focus remains simple: supporting people’s growth and happiness through health, music, and the arts.

Changing the world, beat by beat

NEW EARTH is about healing, connection, and also home. We are creating affordable housing, homes, cabins, campgrounds, and small motels, so locals and travelers alike can stay, rest, and belong. Guests are welcomed as family. Rentals will be offered at very low monthly cost, utilities included. Children are always welcome. Dogs are welcome on leash. All workshops, classes, camps, and healing sessions will be free or low cost (tba). We wish to create a  place to heal, a place to learn, and a place to live differently, together.

Still Moving Forward

Sometimes all that’s needed is a sense of adventure, and a little fun. Water moving across the path, mountains resting in the distance, the quiet presence of the land, nature reminds us that there is wisdom in slowing down. A moment to enjoy what surrounds us now, while trusting that what’s ahead will unfold in new and greener landscapes, in its own perfect rhythm.

Everything arrives when we are ready to receive it, and it’s going beautifully.  As we let go of control and attachment, we return to freedom, to love, to oneness, and to the quiet truth that all is unfolding as it should.

A Gift To All

NEW EARTH Healing, Music & Arts Village is more than a project, it is a gift to all and a profound reconstruction of how we live, create, and connect. NEW EARTH is entering a cycle defined by grounding, focus, and preparation. We are transitioning from the world of ideas into the long-term work of building a physical sanctuary for the human spirit.

Music as the Universal Language

Our 1,500-seat theater will be a global home for artistic passion. From world-renowned  masters to new voices just beginning their journey, we are bringing together musicians to share sounds that transcend borders. Music here  is a conduit for the soul, lifting our collective vibration. Crucially, NEW EARTH values the creator: every artist sharing their gift here will be fairly compensated. Creativity must be nurtured and sustained.

Pure Creativity, No Competition

We are leaving behind the old-world obsession with status. At NEW EARTH, art comes strictly from the heart.

NEW EARTH is entering a new cycle defined by:

- Intense Workshops – Spaces to lose yourself in the process of creation

- Healing Arts – Where expression becomes a path to wellness

- A Gift to All Ages – A sanctuary where a 5-year-old and a 95-year-old create side-by-side

A Vision Already Born

Souls do not lie; they recognize the truth of a new world when they see it. NEW EARTH already exists in the spirit, the physical construction is  simply catching up, soon we hope.
